This policy explains refund eligibility for AutoPubliq subscriptions.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

New paid subscriptions may request a refund within 7 calendar days from first successful payment, provided usage remains within reasonable evaluation limits.

2. Eligible Cases

  • Critical service failure not resolved within reasonable support timeline.
  • Duplicate/incorrect billing caused by payment processing issues.
  • Subscription purchased by mistake and reported promptly.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests after 7 days from initial payment date.
  • Abuse, policy violation, or account suspension events.
  • High-volume usage indicating substantial service consumption.

4. Process Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days and credited based on payment provider processing timelines.
